In order to receive a silver award, a school must complete the SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory which shows that they have Tier 1, 2, and 3 in place or are making significant gains in those areas. We must have a documentation process in place as well as a comprehensive system of behavioral supports at Tier 1 and a high level of fidelity. We have to implement Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports as needed, and we have data to prove what we are doing. We need evidence of implementation as a result of data-based decision making.
